Nursing care fees: The cost of of 24hr staffing, all meals, the residents routine care needs accommodation and facilities including routine cleaning  maintenance and redecoration as necessary. Lounge and communal areas utility services including heat  light and water meals including snacks maintenance and up keep of the residents  grounds and gardens fixture and fittings, bedding, towels, laundry service. Liaison with other professionals, GPS Physios OT, Omnicare Pharmacy, Vision care at home annual checks for residents eye care and access to Wifi. Annual testing of your personal electrical equipment  ongoing care reviews 6 monthly PCS System, online staff training.

What’s not included in the weekly fee: There are some additional care needs that aren’t included in the weekly fee and will be charged at an additional reasonable rate on top of the weekly fee. These include: One to one care. A staff member going with you on appointments, Transportation costs to appointments, if you need one to one care or accompanying to appointments , well try our best to provide this within our team, However, this may not always be possible – particularly when its likely to be for a long period or at short notice. On those occasions, we may need to bring in additional support form staff on their days off or external agency workers. 

The weekly fee excludes: Personal newspapers, personal flowers personal toiletries  hairdressing dental care , manicures beauty treatments podiatry care special outings theatre, tattoo, Hairdresser, Podiatry,  new glasses toiletries

A residents fund is raised by donations via raffles, summer fair and is used for resident entertainments
