Training

We have advanced online training system for staff of various levels. All training is mandatory for all our staff employed, to ensure we provide the person centred care for our residents. This is closely monitored to ensure all staff have adequate training. Staff are given advanced opportunities via NHS training when they are available locally. Pharmacy offers training and refresher session dates which are also availed by trained staff members
