WHO LOOKS AFTER MY MEDICINES?
All medicines prescribed by a Doctor are stored in secure, locked medicine cabinets and dispensed at the time prescribed by a Registered Nurse. Prescriptions are ordered and delivered for residents at appropriate time intervals.

CAN I HAVE A LIE IN IF I FEEL LIKE IT?
Certainly, residents only have to request breakfast at a later time and this will be done. Most residents fall into a regular pattern for meals after a few weeks but, so long as they make staff aware of their wishes, our personnel will carry them out.

IF I NEED TO GO INTO HOSPITAL IS MY ROOM KEPT FOR ME?
Yes, all bedrooms are reserved until such time as a resident or relative instructs otherwise.

WILL I HAVE A CARE PLAN?
Yes, you will have a person centered careplan, under constant review with your key nurse and you can be closely involved in this if you wish.
