Activities at our home Our activities team are great at creating the activities programme around the likes and interests of the people we care for. Ensuring that our social events offer fun and adventure is part of the ethos of our home; it’s important that those we support can enjoy an active and social lifestyle. Of course, there will always be those who prefer peace and quiet, and in these instances, a cup of tea and a chat are always welcomed. Our aim is to Stimulate our residents, along with entertain and enjoy. If families and friends wish to join or contribute, you are most welcome.

Up and coming activities – Tea parties, dog therapy, in house entertainment, Christmas & New Year arts and crafts, gardening, new keep fit activities  and many more. The musical academy has visited recently and may become a frequent visit with a high demand from residents. Please see the activities noticeboard for upto date activities and if you wish for anything to be added please drop us a message or speak to the Nurse on charge when visiting. Our Winter/ Spring  season 2023/24 –  The frosty cold nights and short days we are hoping to opt for indoor arts & crafts, bingo and musical karaokes are back on with strong demand from our residents. We are currently having lots of festive events and leading onto our Burns supper We have introduced new daily exercise by resident health and well being by our activities co-ordinators which involve our careers with our residents.
