Activities at our home Our activities team are great at creating the activities programme around the likes and interests of the people we care for. Ensuring that our social events offer fun and adventure is part of the ethos of our home; it’s important that those we support can enjoy an active and social lifestyle. Of course, there will always be those who prefer peace and quiet, and in these instances, a cup of tea and a chat are always welcomed. Our aim is to Stimulate our residents, along with entertain and enjoy. If families and friends wish to join or contribute, you are most welcome.

Up and coming activities for our spring season, as it gets brighter we are hoping to opt for easter themed tea partys, arts & crafts, bingo and musical nights are on going back on with strong demand from our residents. We have introduced our daily exercise by resident health and well being by our activities co-ordinators which involve our careers with our residents. We have upgraded the front gardens with our residents choice, which overlooks the Links and hope our residents can enjoy these as the weather begins to get milder in March
Please refer to our in-house newsletter available by email: or located in lounges in the home. Our splendid Burns lunch was joined by the Edinburgh Academy Young Pipers, photos are on display in the the activities boards in main house.
In the main hall we have a list of our weekly activities along with any other local activities. We would love to hear what you think about our activities and anything else which you would like added. Please contact the manager or activity co-ordinator or drop us a email.
As we are approaching our spring season – we would love to hear from our staff team, residents, resident families and friends of what activities you would like in the upcoming season. Please get in touch.
